Great quality fencing but communication is awful. Ordered on the 9th June, received email saying
“Important! As we use our own delivery fleet, it can take up to 2 working days to plan delivery routes. We’ll send you an email and SMS once your delivery date is confirmed”
Didn’t receive an email or message about delivery date. Just finished work and knock at the door, I was getting ready for bed and fencing delivery arrived. Comms needs to improve
